We built Caldera to do just that.
- Create a workspace for like-documents, then either upload documents from your computer, or sync a folder with those documents from your Google Drive.
- Caldera will then take those documents and create vectorized entities of your content. These vectors are then stored in a vector database, ready to be queried.
- Then, when you want to know something pertinent to your business, you simply ask a question of that workspace. An AI will automatically parse your query and create rich search terms to query your vector database with.
- The content returned by the vector database will then be used to power the analysis you are trying to do with the AI.

As such, our pricing model reflects this. Our pricing depends on how much data you want to put into Caldera. The more data, the less you pay per mb. The pricing starts at $1.20/mb, and past 5GB of data, you will pay $0.90/mb
